Puerto Rico Hurricane Fiona (DR-4671)
Hurricane Fiona lashed the island of Puerto Rico with torrential rains, wind, and flooding beginning in September 17, 2022. On September 21, President Biden issued a disaster declaration.
People in the following Municipos are eligible to receive federal disaster assistance:
- Aguas Buenas
- Cabo Rojo
- Juana Diaz
- Las Marias
- Las Piedras
- Rio Grande
- Sabana Grande
- San Germán*
- San Juan
- San Lorenzo
- Santa Isabel
- Toa Alta
- Toa Baja
- Trujillo Alto
- Vega Alta
- Vega Baja
*San Germán Municipo was added on September 26, 2022.
** Hatillo, Isabela, Las Marias, Moca, and Rincón Minicipos were added on September 28, 2022.

The hotline is available to connect survivors to free legal services who cannot afford an attorney.
